I have bought a Samsung PowerBOT-e VR5000 device. I configured it on the PowerBOT app and it works perfectly fine there, but when I try to set up on Samsung SmartThings linking it with my PowerBOT account, it finds the device but it is always offline on SmartThings, although it works on PowerBOT app. I tried disabling 5 GHz on my Wi-Fi (it has 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz by default) and it has the same result. Does anyone had any experience with this device on SmartThings?
