And to help repair and tighten up your gut lining, it also provides NAG, which our bodies can use to rebuild mucous membranes. Ingredients: Each DR (Delayed Release) capsule contains: Lactobacillus gasseri (Lg-36): 0.8 billion cfu Bifidobacterium bifidum (Bb-06): 0.1 billion cfu Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (Bl-05): 0.1 billion cfu N-Acetylglucosamine (NAG): 300 mg Inulin (Cichorium intybus, 90% fibre, root): 50 mg Non-medicinal ingredients: Acacia gum, Gellan gum, Magnesium stearate (veg. source), Silicon dioxide, hypromellose (vegetarian cellulose complex DRcaps). This product is dairy, soy, and gluten-free. Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after any antibiotics you might be on. Store in a cool, dry place, away from the reach of children. Warnings: Do not use Enerex ProBiotika+NAG if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, or undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
